The district court ordered Yamaguchi to pay 3.3 million YEN in damages for raping Shiori Ito.
Shiori Ito went public in 2017 with allegations that Noriyuki Yamaguchi who has close links to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe ,had raped her two years earlier.
Police eventually handed the case to prosecutors, and an arrest warrant was issued for Yamaguchi ,but then suddenly dropped on the instructions of a senior police officer. Police Agency was told to cancel the investigation by Itaru Nakamura and Shigeru Kitamura who are members of Abe administration. That is Abe’s order.
A Racism Congresswoman ,Mio Sugita defends Noriyuki Yamaguchi who is a suspect of rape incident. Sugita and Yamaguchi are very close to Shinzo Abe.
